Manager/Associate Manager - Corporate Finance

About the role

KPMG is looking for a motivated professional to join its Restructuring, Turnaround & Debt Advisory team as a Manager or Associate Manager. You will lead financial restructuring and debt advisory projects for major corporate clients, working closely with senior stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial restructuring and debt advisory engagements from inception to delivery.
• Interact with clients, banks, investors, suppliers and other parties to negotiate and implement solutions.
• Analyse clients' financial health, liquidity, leverage, cash‑flow and operational performance.
• Develop and present restructuring proposals and recommendations to senior management, banks and investors.
• Participate in client and partner meetings in the Czech Republic and CEE region.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to high‑impact projects across the market.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Proven ability to lead small teams or projects (preferred).
• University degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
• Strong command of English (C1) and fluent Czech.
• Excellent communication, independent work style and professional demeanor.
