HR Manager – Employee Relations & Onboarding

About the role

One Park Dominicana is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives across its sites. The role demands strong judgment, confidentiality, and a service‑oriented mindset while supporting employees, leaders, vendors, and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding processes, new‑hire file audits, contract signatures, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Oversee health‑related programs, including health specialist coordination and health fairs.
• Provide direction and quality control for HR Generalist tasks and assigned support work.
• Prepare and approve promotion announcements, manage employee status changes, and ensure accurate processing.
• Handle termination procedures, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate documentation with payroll, security, IT, and leadership.
• Review employee warnings, disciplinary records, QA alerts, and sensitive matters before escalation.
• Investigate hotline cases, produce findings and recommendations, and follow up on actions.
• Manage HR communications via WhatsApp groups and route employee inquiries appropriately.
• Participate in health and safety meetings, review cases, and ensure follow‑up compliance.
