Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to meet monthly staffing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Hire at least 30 candidates per month based on headcount forecasts.
• Engage with 6‑7 new candidates each week to build a talent pipeline.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against client requirements and schedule interviews with program managers.
• Conduct phone follow‑ups, collect required documentation, and forward it to the back‑office team.
• Confirm candidate training start dates and lead induction meetings to review offer details and company benefits.
• Provide ongoing support for candidate attraction activities and respond to upcoming hiring needs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled college student studying Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
