Remote Loan Specialist Sales (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Savings Group is a FinTech company that connects customers with lenders for auto loans and refinances through a virtual Finance & Insurance office. It is hiring a Spanish-speaking Loan Specialist Sales agent for a 100% remote position in Mexico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic. Candidates must also be able to read and write in English. The role is high-intensity sales focused on closing pre-approved auto refinance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Close pre-approved auto refinance customers.
• Sell optional finance and protection products.
• Make 60+ outbound calls per day.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline from start to finish.
• Hit targets, earn more leads and increase earnings.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaker, able to read and write in English.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by results.
• Sales, call center or automotive experience.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Required skills

• Desktop or laptop PC capable of running the Windows app, with Ethernet connection.
• Reliable internet: download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 10 Mbps or higher.
• Own headset, mouse and keyboard; IT provides only limited support for personal devices.

What we offer

• Compensation of $1,000 per month plus uncapped commission.
