Recruitment Analyst

About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will support the execution of the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent for our dynamic and constantly evolving operations. This role requires a strong balance between recruitment execution and data analysis, contributing to informed decision‑making through accurate reporting and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes to deliver timely, high‑quality hires across multiple departments, including contract management and onboarding.
• Support the implementation of effective attraction strategies for roles in BPO, technology, and corporate areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining a strong employer brand.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain recruitment data, generating reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (BPO experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with reporting tools.
