Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive candidate attraction and referral initiatives for our call‑center operations. You will manage the Refer‑a‑Friend (RAF) program, develop sourcing strategies, and support the broader recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job fairs, university relations, in‑company tours, and online channels.
• Maintain relationships with external institutions and identify new recruitment sources.
• Promote and manage the Refer‑a‑Friend program, track referrals, and analyze its effectiveness.
• Post vacancies on new internet platforms and align recruitment tactics with social‑media strategies.
• Support screening, interviewing, and calibration activities as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate level of English.
• At least 3 months of call‑center or similar experience.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, honest, and energetic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
