About the role

We are a premier nursing home seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead full‑cycle hiring across all departments, from clinical staff to support and administrative roles. You will be the welcoming voice of our facility, building pipelines of compassionate professionals while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and admin positions.
• Maintain high‑volume applicant tracking, verify credentials, conduct reference checks, and manage compliance documentation.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate daily with department heads to understand urgent staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Make decisive hiring decisions under pressure, balancing speed with high quality standards.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills
