Quality Inspector I-3

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Inspector I‑3 to ensure high‑level quality and excellence for all product requirements. The role involves visual and manual inspection of components, assemblies and final packaging in a regulated medical‑device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, physical‑security and quality requirements, including QMS, safety management systems, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Perform quality inspections on components, assemblies and final packaging.
• Ensure product budget evaluations are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Read and follow procedures to inspect in‑process assemblies, final packaging and labeling.
• Work in a clean area using a microscope and small tools such as a caliper.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high‑school diploma (required); university studies or a quality‑related certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
• Knowledge of medical‑device industry regulations (FDA, ISO) preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication in Spanish and English (English preferred).
• Detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
