Production Associate – Assembly (Entry Level)

About the role

The Associate I, Assembly plays a key role in the production line, verifying components, ensuring quantity and quality standards, and conducting quality inspections. The position operates packaging equipment, follows safety guidelines, and supports continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up workstations according to Captain/Designee instructions while complying with GMPs, policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Assemble product packages following DHR, special instructions, and video imaging.
• Verify components during assembly to ensure correct selection and that quality and quantity standards are met.
• Inspect components for debris or defects and report issues to management and the quality team.
• Perform duties in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
• Document and follow the NCI & Defect Investigation Form process for quality issue resolution.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to apply basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks.
• Works under close supervision and follows clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as required.
