Project Manager (Dynamics)

About the role

The Project Manager (Dynamics) will ensure the project plan is followed, coordinate internal teams and external providers, manage risks and deviations, and guarantee the successful delivery of milestones and project outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Track the master plan, schedule, activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal departments, consultants and technology providers.
• Manage dependencies, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor risks, incidents, blockers and required decisions.
• Support governance model execution and prepare information for monitoring committees.
• Handle scope changes and follow up associated requirements.
• Supervise deliverable quality and testing phases, including unit, integration and UAT.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on progress, risks, incidents and overall project status.
• Assist in controlling hour consumption and managing change requests.
• Produce accurate and timely reports reflecting the real project state.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related fields; master’s degree in Project Management or Administration is a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience managing technology projects.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge and application of PMI, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with planning and tracking tools such as MS Project or equivalents.
• General understanding of business processes including finance, logistics and services.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong organization, communication, transversal coordination and results orientation.
• Proactive risk identification and ability to work in dynamic, high‑complexity environments.
