Preschool Teacher Assistant

About the role

St. Patrick School is accepting applications for a Preschool Teacher Assistant for the 2026‑27 school year. The position is designed for students currently studying Early Childhood Education or Psychology who are eager to support young learners in a nurturing classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons that promote academic and interpersonal skill development for preschool children.
• Support students both inside and outside the classroom to help them achieve excellence and personal growth.
• Model and reinforce leadership behaviours as encouraged by the school’s culture.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or Psychology program.
• Demonstrated love for working with children.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
