About the role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our internal firm services team in Santo Domingo. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting and financial reporting processes within a leading professional services firm. You will work closely with senior accountants and gain insight into the firm’s financial governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Participate in credit control and financial transaction processing.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
