Optimization Expert – Google Ads Specialist

About the role

This role owns and optimizes performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other lead‑generating platforms to drive efficient, scalable growth. It is accountable for paid‑search strategy, execution, optimization, and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Builds, manages, and optimizes Google Ads campaigns and other lead‑generating platforms (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local, Demand Gen).
• Structures accounts for scalability, improves Quality Score, and enhances performance efficiency.
• Continuously optimizes bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creatives, and writes and tests ad copy.
• Manages search terms, match types, negative keywords, and bid strategies to control CPA and ROAS.
• Ensures accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager and monitors performance trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Up to 2 years of paid‑search experience (2+ years preferred).
• Deep knowledge of bidding strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, and Max Conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
