Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help Base360 reach short‑term rental operators and property‑management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. You may own a single channel or work across several, using paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and funnels. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial role works directly with the founder to experiment quickly and build our growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and be accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Understand property‑manager customers, their pain points and decision drivers.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works.
• Leverage AI for research, copy, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and product‑market fit.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution.

• AI‑savvy, using modern tools to test ideas and automate repetitive work.
• Resourceful and self‑directed, able to achieve goals without detailed instructions.
• Analytical, comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
