Operator – Production & CNC

About the role

The Operator will support the manufacturing unit by ensuring production plans are met and the line runs efficiently. This role involves following internal work instructions, safety rules, and relevant regulations while contributing to cost‑controlled production.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production plans and maintain overall line efficiency.
• Follow internal work instructions, EHS rules, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, allocate resources, and keep manufacturing costs on target.
• Execute, supervise, or manage front‑end processes such as wafer, component, and semi‑product preparation and monitor hand‑stock.
• Process components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and, when required, CNC or SPS programming.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians or external service providers to resolve repair issues.

Required profile

• Executes tasks as instructed and reports any failures or dysfunctions.
• Adheres to all work rules and EHS regulations.
• Shows reliability in following procedures and maintaining production standards.
