About the role
Join Expeditors' Ocean Department to ensure timely and accurate freight movement while delivering exceptional customer service. This full‑time position supports both internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate freight and information flow, maintaining high service standards.
- Communicate with overseas partners, respond promptly to emails and requests.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate billing and adhere to productivity standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 6 months experience in Ocean Import.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
