About the role

A permanent, full-time remote role for a confident English speaker who enrolls Medicare-eligible clients by phone. The position is open only to candidates living in the Dominican Republic, including expats, and follows a steady Monday to Friday schedule. The US licensing trip is paid for.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to Medicare-eligible prospects
Explain plan options, coverage and costs to clients
Complete applications accurately and follow compliance rules
Document every client interaction and follow up on leads

Required profile

Lives in the Dominican Republic (required)
Eligible to work in the US (required)
Excellent spoken English (required)
Able to travel to the US for licensing, with all expenses paid (required)
Own equipment and high-speed internet with backup power (required)
Preferred: 2+ years of recent sales or insurance experience

What we offer

Paid US licensing trip
Approx. $1,800 USD per month (about $10 USD per hour)
Steady day schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
