Logistics Customer Service Analyst

About the role

As a Customer Services & Collaboration Analyst you will act as the strategic bridge between customers and the internal supply chain. Working within the Customer Development Team, you will build collaborative, win‑win relationships that optimise the entire logistics chain.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own customer segmentation, cost‑to‑serve analysis, and joint growth strategies to maximise satisfaction.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehouses, Global Business Services and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and service compliance.
• Integrate external customer inventory and sales data into business planning to strengthen demand‑supply synchronization.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement solutions such as order profile optimisation and direct dispatch initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with key performance metrics including Complete Deliveries, On‑Time Deliveries and On‑Shelf Availability.
• Coordinate executive visits and strategic meetings with top customers, using scorecards to review collaborative projects and performance.
• Identify and implement new digital tools and ways of working to accelerate decision‑making and support strategic growth programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within logistics or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong command of Google Suite.
