Learning & Development Specialist – Bilingual

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will lead regional L&D, talent development, performance management and employee engagement initiatives across Latin America. Working closely with local HR and business leaders, you will design, implement and continuously improve programs that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute regional L&D initiatives for Latin America.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, digital learning content and LMS curricula.
• Administer the Learning Management System, handling course assignments, reporting, compliance tracking and user support.
• Facilitate coaching processes, monitor development action plans and support the annual performance management cycle.
• Analyze learning, talent and engagement metrics, producing dashboards and actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
• Coordinate regional language (English) and professional development programs, employee engagement surveys and recognition initiatives.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of talent and development programs.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for learning processes, employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or Education.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or HR.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools for daily tasks.
