Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, talent hunting, and pipeline development. The role ensures a positive candidate experience while helping the business meet its hiring needs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals and professional networks, and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and post recruitment content on social media platforms, promote employer branding, and monitor engagement to expand candidate reach.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, prepare basic reports on sourcing activity and pipeline status, and collaborate with HR and Operations to prioritize hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, with proven ability to conduct screenings and interviews.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
