Lead Conversion Agent

About the role

The Lead Conversion Agent will manage and convert digital leads generated through marketing campaigns into confirmed hotel reservations. The role focuses on delivering fast, personalized service while aligning with each property's brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly attend to leads from digital campaigns and other acquisition channels.
• Classify, update, and maintain lead information in the corporate CRM.
• Contact prospects via WhatsApp, email, and phone, identifying needs and advising on rooms, packages, and dates.
• Apply sales and closing techniques to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Execute manual and automated follow‑up sequences, identify upselling opportunities, and reduce response times.
• Provide feedback to the digital marketing team on lead quality and record reasons for lost opportunities.
• Track commercial KPIs such as lead volume, contact rate, conversion rate, revenue, and average response time.
• Coordinate with pricing, availability, promotions, and other departments to ensure accurate information.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Maintain a sales pitch consistent with each property's concept and value proposition.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under commercial KPIs and meet conversion targets.
• Experience in hospitality sales or lead management is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining an up‑to‑date sales pipeline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system (any corporate CRM).
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and phone outreach.
