IT Specialist – Level 2+ (4‑5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations. The role combines hands‑on support, system administration, network management, and security responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting defined SLAs.
• Manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) including provisioning, policy enforcement, and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Identity management: Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf.
• Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
