Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, oversee daily IT operations, and support system administration, network management, and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting defined SLAs.
• Manage identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, handling provisioning, policy enforcement, and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain internal documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on technical support, systems administration, or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Entra ID or Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on use of MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) and cybersecurity best practices.
