Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves assisting throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Post and update job openings on various employment platforms and social media.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, including conducting initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, recruitment tests, and assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and processing HR documents.
• Support onboarding activities and respond to employee requests regarding vacations, absences, and other HR matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to HR projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Dominican ID and prior experience in recruitment and selection.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
