Senior Recruiter

About the role

Advensus is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for its rapidly expanding contact‑center operations in the Dominican Republic. You will partner with hiring managers across phone‑agent, administrative and corporate functions to attract, assess and onboard top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume entry‑level agents and professional/administrative positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and local recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, set expectations and provide pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
• Oversee offer negotiations, pre‑employment screenings and onboarding logistics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a call‑center or high‑volume BPO environment.
• Proven ability to recruit both entry‑level agents and professional/administrative staff.
• Strong knowledge of the Dominican Republic labor market and direct sourcing methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
