About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage and execute HR processes for our assigned area, ensuring close, agile, and service‑oriented support for employees. The role also involves developing and monitoring initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute all HR processes within the designated zone.
• Provide responsive, service‑focused assistance to employees.
• Develop, implement, and track projects that improve employee experience.
• Serve as internal customer service point for staff inquiries.
• Supervise small teams and handle day‑to‑day employee relations.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Generalist HR experience, preferably with exposure to improvement projects.
• Background in internal customer service and employee management.
• Experience supervising small teams.
• Result‑oriented, able to work autonomously.
• Residence in Distrito Nacional, preferably the western zone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
