About the role
Newtech Global is hiring a French & English Supervisor to lead, inspire and drive operational excellence in a dynamic BPO environment. The role involves leading a team and contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous growth.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous supervisory experience in a call center or BPO environment
- Valid work permit
- Availability to work on-site
Required skills
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Experience monitoring team performance and achieving operational goals
