Engineer II - Manufacturing

About the role

Integer is seeking an Engineer II – Manufacturing to support the development and production of medical‑device technologies. The role blends standard engineering practices with opportunities to apply advanced concepts, ensuring that both internal and external customer expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Apply general engineering methods and tools to evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques for product and process improvements.
• Review procedures and plans before implementation and conduct failure analysis on existing products, processes, and materials.
• Participate in moderate‑complexity projects, documenting and implementing new product and process technologies.
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering work within larger projects or lead smaller‑scope initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, safety, environmental, and security requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with occasional guidance from senior engineers or managers.
• Strong judgment in making minor adaptations to specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
• Proactive insight into technical challenges and a focus on continuous improvement.
