Engineer II – Manufacturing

About the role

Integer is seeking an Engineer II to support manufacturing operations within its medical device division. The role blends fundamental engineering methods with advanced technologies to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques to evaluate, modify, and document specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct failure analysis and assess existing products, processes, and materials for improvement opportunities.
• Participate in moderate‑complexity projects that develop and implement new product and process technologies.
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering tasks for major projects or lead smaller‑scope initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems, safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently with occasional guidance from senior engineers or managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with proactive insight into technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external customers.
