About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing the corporate reputation of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, launch, and continuous improvement of advertising and marketing actions to attract potential clients and boost brand visibility.
• Ensure all campaigns and projects align with the annual marketing plan, commercial objectives, and departmental strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Management team to define strategies and actions included in the yearly marketing and communication plan.
• Document, organize, and maintain reports and supporting materials related to assigned activities.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while performing duties.
• Provide support to other initiatives of the Marketing and Communications department as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within financial institutions or service sectors.
• Proven experience in similar roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 and digital collaboration tools.
• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business.
• Ability to manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and campaign performance monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress (optional for the role).
