Content Specialist - SEO

About the role

Thryv is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Content Specialist focused on SEO to create and manage compelling content across multiple platforms. The role supports product messaging, campaign strategy, and client communication while driving measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Research, verify facts, identify trends and interview customers, experts and internal specialists to produce external‑facing content.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice, style and tone.
• Stay current on industry developments to pitch story ideas and contribute to a robust content strategy.
• Translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging language that reflects the Thryv voice and supports small businesses.
• Work with design and copy teams to develop effective advertising content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant content or SEO experience.
• Strong writing ability with clean, concise, grammatically correct copy.
• Creative mindset with ownership of writing projects and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Effective time‑management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Basic HTML/CSS.
• WordPress.
• Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Adobe Creative Cloud.
