About the role

The Offer Designer is responsible for creating, planning and executing promotional offers that align with consumer habits and market trends. The role ensures each offer drives success, customer satisfaction and loyalty across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

Identify the most effective offer options based on consumer behavior and market analysis.
Analyze results of past offers to inform future strategies.
Set clear objectives for new promotional campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive list of requirements to build the offer plan.
Define the communication plan and select appropriate POP (point‑of‑purchase) materials.
Evaluate and choose the best media channels to broadcast the offer.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
Specialization in Communication, Advertising or Marketing is desirable.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
