Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives that contribute to commercial objectives and brand positioning. The role will involve managing paid media campaigns, creating landing pages, email marketing, and using AI tools to enhance content and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
• Create, configure, and optimise ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Analyse campaign results, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust tactics for optimal performance.
• Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages, forms, and other digital assets for lead capture and conversion.
• Run email marketing, newsletters, and automation workflows, tracking customer touchpoints and journeys.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, content generation, optimisation, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with sales, design, content, and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Final-year student or graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with landing pages, email marketing, automation tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or similar for professional purposes.
• Strong analytical ability, organisational skills, initiative and willingness to learn new tools.
