Cyber Security Compliance Lead

About the role

ADI Global is looking for a Cyber Security Compliance Lead to ensure that its products are secure and meet all relevant regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with R&D, engineering, legal and external partners to embed a secure‑by‑design mindset across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assess product security controls against frameworks such as NIST, ISO, IEC and industry regulations (e.g., Cyber Resilience Act, RED, GDPR, CCPA).
• Manage product vulnerability programs, coordinate penetration tests and oversee remediation activities.
• Develop, implement and enforce product security policies, procedures and white‑papers.
• Monitor, interpret and apply relevant laws and standards to ADI products.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to validate compliance.
• Analyze supply‑chain components for safety and security compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on security incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Work with Legal and Marketing Communications to handle public disclosures of security issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong passion for product security and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
