CRM & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to manage our Salesforce environment, track leads, and drive follow‑up activities. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with our Property Specialist to expand and nurture our lead pool.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise organisational operations in Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting on purchases and sales.
• Record detailed remarks after each appointment, schedule follow‑up calls, and conduct quality‑control calls post‑appointment.
• Implement strategies to reactivate leads older than 90 days, including outreach to closed or lost opportunities.
• Coordinate post‑appointment follow‑ups with the Property Specialist and establish communication protocols for leads not yet under contract.
• Engage potential sellers through conversations and cold calls to grow the new lead pool.
• Arrange meetings or phone calls with prospective sellers at their properties to discuss offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM management, lead tracking and follow‑up coordination.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential sellers.
• Experience using skip‑tracing tools and conducting cold calls.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Team‑player attitude, especially when collaborating with the Property Specialist.
