Content Specialist - SEO

About the role

Thryv is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Content Specialist focused on SEO to create and manage compelling, action‑driven content across multiple platforms. You will support product messaging, enhance brand visibility, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact communication.

Key responsibilities

• Research, verify facts, and produce external‑facing content that aligns with Thryv’s voice and brand guidelines.
• Interview customers, industry experts, product specialists, and internal subject‑matter experts.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
• Stay current on industry trends and propose story ideas that reinforce Thryv’s thought‑leadership.
• Identify relevant statistics and trends to enrich content and support small‑business audiences.
• Work with design and copy teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related content or marketing experience.
• Strong ability to become an expert on Thryv products and marketing strategies.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
• Highly creative, able to own writing projects while considering brand and design.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
