About the role

The Accounting position at Bazar Couture is a part‑time, on‑site role responsible for daily bookkeeping and financial record‑keeping. You will work closely with the administration and management teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date economic information for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Control invoices, manage receivables and payables, and track collections and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly closing statements and basic financial reports.
• Support documentation for audits and tax obligations, including DGII filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial companies.
• Knowledge of Dominican tax regulations (DGII: ITBIS, 606, 607, NCF, retentions).
• Experience with TSS payroll processing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
