About the role
The Commercial Finance Manager supports business, supply chain and operations by providing financial advice, forecasting, and risk assessment to drive performance and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive financial advice on business issues and evaluate forecasts and risks.
- Support and monitor business opportunities through review of quotes and proposals.
- Drive improvements in core operating income and working capital metrics.
- Collaborate with plant finance controllers and operational teams to review KPIs and manufacturing performance.
- Support supply chain initiatives to improve material margin and working capital.
- Create business case financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of accountability and proactive problem solving.
Required skills
- Financial modeling
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
