About the role

Banco Múltiple LAFISE is seeking a motivated Bank Teller to deliver high‑quality transactional services to its customers. The role involves handling daily cash operations while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments (including own, administrative and foreign checks), foreign‑exchange transactions, and loan or credit‑card payments.
• Perform cash counts, reconcile documents against reports, and monitor cash limits and transfers.
• Safeguard assigned cash and securely file daily operational documentation.
• Apply dual‑control procedures and adhere to anti‑money‑laundering (PLAFTFP) and operational risk policies.
• Maintain courteous, empathetic, and efficient communication with internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Student in the final semester or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or a similar area.
• Strong customer focus, results orientation, effective communication, creativity and innovation.
