About the role
The Recruitment and Selection Analyst (Temporary) will support the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the attraction of qualified candidates and the proper use of psychometric assessments for large‑scale hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions.
- Administer, analyze and interpret psychometric tests relevant to each role.
- Coordinate assessment centers for mass recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare reports on recruitment effectiveness and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Support the efficient administrative management of the HR department.
Required profile
- Student in the final term or graduate of General Psychology, Labor Psychology, Industrial or Organizational Psychology.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
