About the role

As a Call Center Sales Agent you will be the voice of the company, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell our products and services. You will work full‑time on‑site, collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present company offerings.
• Close sales and conduct follow‑up with prospective and existing customers.
• Address customer questions, resolve basic incidents, and log all interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other areas to guarantee a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support or service with an empathetic, solution‑focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to adapt messages to different client types.
• Familiarity with contact‑center metrics, target‑driven work, and call‑management tools.
• Digital competence, including solid computer literacy and willingness to learn company products and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using computer‑telephony applications.
• Ability to work with office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office).
