Estimator & Document Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Prime General is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimator & Document Administrator to support pre‑construction activities and maintain accurate, accessible project documentation. This fully remote position is based in the Dominican Republic and works closely with the Corporate Operations & Construction Compliance Director.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential projects by conducting comprehensive takeoffs.
• Determine labor, material, and time requirements and generate reliable forecasts.
• Enter vendor data and project information into SmartBid and Project Center.
• Maintain contract tracking logs, prepare contract documents, and manage contract administration.
• Control document processes using Sage and Wrike, including plan logs, version control, and user access.
• Assist with construction permitting, including filing applications and supporting the Permit Coordinator.
• Coordinate blueprint orders, manage design consultant plans, and support special projects from purchasing.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Experience in estimating commercial and residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with contract administration and vendor communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
