About the role

One Park Financial is looking for a creative Web & Graphic Designer to join its marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives on designing eye‑catching advertisements that drive performance across digital, print, billboard and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital, print and billboard ads as well as social media graphics for platforms such as META, YouTube and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitive research using tools like Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center to spot trends and integrate them into designs.
• Create and iterate platform‑specific ads, optimizing for metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and hook rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience creating and iterating paid ad designs for META, YouTube, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of ad designs, including static, motion, video, print and billboard work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video‑editing software.
