Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer (LATAM)

About the role

WONWON is seeking a Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer to lead high‑conversion experiences for premium DTC and eCommerce brands across Latin America. Reporting to the VP of Design, you will shape end‑to‑end customer journeys while leveraging AI‑native design systems to ship fast, premium work.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑conversion sites, landing pages, and full customer journeys (acquisition, onboarding, PDP, checkout, retention).
• Create growth‑focused creative assets such as paid‑social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, and upsell bundles.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems using Claude Design and Figma MCP.
• Automate asset generation to reduce manual production time.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose new repeatable design agents or AI‑assisted processes.
• Present design concepts with data‑backed conviction.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience designing premium eCommerce experiences that drive conversion and average order value.
• Strong behavioral insight combined with quantitative validation skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, AI‑enhanced design environment.

Required skills

• Figma (including component libraries and MCP workflow).
• Claude Design platform.
• AI‑assisted design tools and automated asset generation.
