About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Remote Real Estate Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support our growing mobile‑home rental and sales operation. The role oversees the entire tenant lifecycle, from initial inquiry through move‑in and retention, while working closely with on‑site teams to coordinate tours and closings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, convert renters to buyers, and upsell to larger units.
• Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, and Realtor.com.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, guide prospects through applications, and ensure smooth move‑in processes.
• Schedule and coordinate property tours with on‑site staff, prioritising high‑intent prospects.
• Educate prospects on mobile‑home financing options and coordinate with lending partners.
• Track unit availability, construction timelines, and align marketing with actual readiness.
• Identify process improvements and help scale the business development function.

Required profile

• Proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with on‑site teams.
• Experience in real‑estate sales, leasing, or property management preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using online listing platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Realtor.com).
• Familiarity with digital rental application processes.
