Property Management Bookkeeper – Santo Domingo

About the role

As a Property Management Bookkeeper you will provide financial clarity for U.S. residential real‑estate portfolios. Based onsite at Sambil in Santo Domingo, you will manage rent rolls, tenant ledgers, reconciliations and overall property accounting during a day shift (8:00 AM‑4:30 PM EST).

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate DoorLoop records: tenant data, leases, unit status, recurring charges, work orders and reports.
• Handle full bookkeeping cycle: accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor bills, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, deposits and month‑end close support.
• Prepare and update delinquency reports, rent rolls, A/R and A/P reports and other recurring management dashboards.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Receive, document and dispatch tenant maintenance requests; coordinate internal and external maintenance teams.
• Schedule and track vendor activities, invoices and supporting documentation (W‑9s, COIs, receipts, photos).
• Provide first‑line administrative support to tenants for ledger, payment, portal and scheduling inquiries.
• Assist with move‑ins, renewals, move‑outs, security‑deposit accounting and recurring charge setup.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in bookkeeping or property‑management administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Familiarity with property‑management and accounting software; experience with DoorLoop is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
