Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a product‑minded designer who can transform complex business challenges and user needs into simple, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery to continuous improvement, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives from concept development through implementation and iteration.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define business objectives, user needs, and success criteria.
• Map user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models for complex digital experiences.
• Create sketches, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs to validate solutions.
• Design consistent experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and other digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to assess technical constraints and ensure feasible implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products and end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem definition, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and final UI execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototypes, components, variants, auto‑layout, and shared libraries.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and create scalable solutions across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
