About the role

The Building Management System (BMS) Operator will monitor and operate the building’s automation systems, ensuring that HVAC, lighting, security and energy installations function correctly. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Santo Domingo and supports the comfort and safety of all building occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and adjust BMS parameters to maintain optimal performance.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the maintenance team.
• Record incidents and actions in the management tools.
• Assist in energy consumption optimization and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support other departments to guarantee user comfort and safety.

Required profile

• Student in any engineering discipline.
• Ability to work in a team, attention to detail and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of building maintenance processes.
