Website Designer - UX/UI

About the role

Thryv is looking for a Website Designer specialized in UX/UI to join a collaborative, diverse team. The role focuses on on‑demand website modifications and real‑time problem solving while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain client websites via phone and email, applying design judgment and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website concerns in real time, using available resources and sound judgment.
• Respond to inquiries through established intake channels, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately within turnaround‑time standards, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Participate in special projects or duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or comparable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and bilingual communication (English/Spanish).
• Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern SEO, and UX/UI best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, research, and communication skills.
