Warehouse Supervisor – Santo Domingo Oeste

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Santo Domingo Oeste facility. You will ensure the smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily tasks for warehouse staff.
• Coordinate and verify receipt, inspection, classification, and storage of merchandise.
• Maintain proper product placement and organization within the warehouse.
• Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery processes.
• Control physical and system inventory accuracy, conduct cyclic and general inventories.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and equipment usage standards.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service on inventory and dispatch needs.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on movements, inventories, dispatches, incidents, and productivity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and train staff on internal procedures.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of experience supervising warehouse, logistics or inventory operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and handling receipt, dispatch, and organization of goods.
• Residence in Santo Domingo Oeste, preferably near Autopista Duarte.
